The choice of style in which you want to make repairs. I am sending you ready-made repair options, you choose what you like best.

2. Measurements of the room.
You bring the plan of your apartment/office/house (and copy). I photograph the object and make accurate measurements of the room. Departure of the designer for measurements in Kiev for free, around Kiev cost 200 UAH.

3. The signing of the contract.
In the contract, we establish the lines of work and the list of services that I provide, and warranty if you make a turnkey repair. I take a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the design project and start working on the development of the design project.

4. Design - Project
A) Planning decisions. I will provide several options for the layout of the room. We choose the location of furniture, equipment, air conditioning, sewage, optionally the dismantling of partitions.

B) Creating Drawings and Specification for builders. The drawing is a layout of furniture, electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures, floor coverings, ceiling coverings.

The number of drawings depends on the design project you have chosen (300 UAH / m, 500 UAH / m, 1000 UAH / m, or only drawings without rendering a beautiful picture cost 3000 UAH.)

C) Isolation of the interior. Using the program 3D Max Studio I create a photographic beautiful image of the interior. Further, if you have preferences, I discuss with you and create a second version of the visualization of the interior. Options for visualization of the interior can be no more than 3.

The interior design is done and you will fully settle with me.

5. Architectural supervision Includes:
Departure to the facility
Departures to salons and companies for the selection of lamps, curtains, carpets, furniture, etc.
Estimating to minimize the cost of materials, furniture, lighting, etc.
Selection of builders and craftsmen for the repair and finishing work.
Direct purchase of finishing materials and furniture from suppliers in Ukraine and Europe (Italy, France, Poland, Austria)
Supervision and supervision of production processes (production of stairs, furniture, etc.)
Coordination of the work of subcontractors.
Buying materials and furniture with a “designer discount” is a 5%, 10%, 15% , 20% discount.


Architectural supervision can be paid or free.
If you order only drawings without visualizing a beautiful picture, the cost of architectural supervision is $ 100 for 1 consultation lasting 4-5 hours (write all your questions, I write answers to them and leave for your object.)
Also you can order only a consultation of a designer on your object without ordering a design project, cost $ 100 lasting 4-5 hours (write all your questions, I write answers to them and leave for your object.)

6. Design project with full repair decorathion with the help of a repair team.
I collaborate with competent repair teams who carry out repair work of any complexity efficiently and in rows.
If you wish, you can order a full service , saving your time.
The prices of repair crews are average in Kiev, it is $ 100 / m.
The team makes an estimate for the finishing work and coordinates the lines of their implementation in accordance with the technology of work.
